ill-maintained, unreliable and unsafe. Failed brakes on a bus

We are on a Bus stopping in Kimberly on the 2nd of April 2023 left Midrand at 17:30 got stuck an hour into the trip. The driver says failed brakes. It’s appalling how a bus can leave the depot without proper inspection. Stuck now for 3 hours waiting on another bus. A Machanic just arrived, No bus coming…. You are risking with our lives INTERCAPE
