I want my ticket refund

I was supposed to leave at 19:45 on the 1st of December, the bus came 2 hours later and I was told that the bua that arrived wasn’t the bua I was waiting for. There was no communication of the bua being late or delayed. Then the bus got stuck at 3am at Leeu Gamka for +-5hrs with the drivers telling us that intercape will bring a new bus for us from Cape Town which never arrived. That fixed the bua which will also be stuck again in Cradock for another hour or so. I was supposed to arrive in Mthatha from Cape Town at 11:30 and I didn’t. A trip that was supposed to be approximately 16hr turned into 28hrs. I want my refund, this trip cost me more than it should have.
