I want my money back!

It is ALARMING, to say the least. Could you please hire the extra help Intercape has at Park Station. You are forcing people to behave in dubious levels against their own brothers and sisters. We as customers cannot ignore the injustice of unofficial Intercape workers at Park Station. Why hire people who can't protect themselves or paying customers? Hire the ones who know how Park Station operates.

I want my money back Intercape. R480, Park Station to Welkom Free State. It is the bus to Cape Town. I want the real men to work here, not the ones who are under seige. If I was here at Park Station I would also start finding ways to make a job for myself. Intercape must stop playing victim and accept that Park Station is owned by people with better business savvy than the hired officials.

These guys tell your people who can get on the bus and who can forget R480 and book another ticket. How is the bus empty on payment but full on arrival? We are not even given a chance to check in. We are turned at the entrance. Being asked "How much we have on us!" Please do the right thing Intercape. You are seriously compromising the safety of women and children by hiring blank people instead of the real thinkers. Please read inbetween the lines. How can someone in uniform be told what to do by a man in a t-shirt and jeans and a backpack? Must we carry guns and knives now? What message are you sending to the public?

I rebooked for a further R500 after being told the price was R600, when I was told I don't have the money the ticket price changed!

This is not a barter system. These are real lives. It's 2022 and we can all decide who we want to be. Please choose to be professional Intercape.
