😡😡😡I WANT A REFUND OR A 50% DISCOUNT!!

Worst worst experience with intercape, the bus kept on sticking. We exchanged and got a new one but we still got stuck especially at unsafe roads with no lights(from 06:00 until 22:00). I did not even reach my fully paid destinatio i had to ask someone to drive 2hrs to come fetch me from where we were STUCK. A refund or half price discount would be highly appreciated.
