I tried to buy a bus ticket online on the intercape website

I tried to buy a bus ticket online on the intercape website. During the payment processing stage the website said “resources not found.” 5 minutes later I tried again (same name, trip date and time) and also during the payment processing time the website said “no resources found.” The next day I went to an intercape branch in the morning and was told I bought two tickets and I should contact intercape by email to get a refund for one of the tickets. I did so and was told intercape does not refund in full for a trip on the same day the trip is meant to happen. When I pointed out that the reason I’m asking for a refund is due to intercape website having an error (I took screenshots) they told me I’m stupid for trying to buy a ticket the second time after it failed the first time and I won’t get a full refund because i should have called them when buying a ticket online.
