I just want to say im extremely disappointed in the service that intercape bring since desember ive taken 18 trips and on every trip something happened bus is always late number 1 number 2 smuggling hubenero chillies in such a way that the bus is 2 tons overloaded and we drove like that to cape town not taking any passengers life in consideration number 3 people things get ****** of the bus number 4 my bag got lost for 2 days and intercape told me that if im not at a certain destination by a certain time i will loose my bag i made arrangements that cost me a extra R1000 for intercapes mistake and then they didn't even bring my bag and today intercape tells me i must sit 14 seats away from my 7 year old son so i think its time to report this nonsens and yoy dont care about any of you passengers that pays alot of money to use your services im done
