I hope and pray Intercape shuts down

The bus was delayed for atleast 2 hours and 30 minutes. No sms's or any form of communication to apologise for the delay, yet they are quick to leave you behind the minute you are late! Clearly Intercape does not even CONSIDER the pandemic going with the women and children in SA!! Tell me how a person is supposed to find transport going to their designated places when the arrival time for Joburg is set for perhaps 10/11pm?? I'm highly disappointed. I hope and pray the people eventually stop using this form of transport so it can cease "providing services". The gentleman at the DBN bus station; named Tevin; told us we can cancel if we want to 🙃. No apology, no sense of courtesy.
