I demand a full refund

Bus to Harare from Pretoria that was meant to leave at 5pm we have been dumped and left our in the cold at Park Station with no communication at all. They didn't offer any shelter and they refused to refund us. We have been inconvenienced as now we will not be able to spend Christmas with our families.
