I booked the intercape bus, got to the station before my departure time with the office having being closed I had to stand outside in the rain and thunder, only to find out the bus has long left, they didn't even have the courtesy to atleast give me the option to rebook with an added fee they just forfeited the whole ticket, whereas in other travel buses you are given that option.
