Intercape buses they have bad customer service, they are greedy for money and they don’t care about their customers. I will never take this bus again. The problem is I’m going to Cofivamba only to find now I’m about to enter the bus that they are not going to Cofimvaba we must get off in Queenstown or Mthatha which is all the places I mentioned they are very far for me. They should’ve have something saying on their system that they not going to Cofimvaba so now I must pay another money to get home. This is not fair and we can’t blame those who are helping us at the supermarket because they are not working for intercape. This is very bad to pay money for not getting off where you stated on the ticket but make you to pay more money for taking another transport. I would’ve booked the other buses but because they are so greedy????
