Horror bus trip

Took the bus home from Joburg on Sunday night. Scariest experience of my entire life. IntercapeIntercap let us leave Joburg with a bus where the wipers were not functional and it was raining. I must have called their service center 7 times through the journey with them refusing to intervene appropriately. Kept sending a supposed mechanic, they would work for 10 minutes and stop again. This happened twice before we reached PMB. The second time he completely removed 1 wiper and left 1 that wasnt working so well either. kept calling asking them to change our coach in PMB and they refused. After PMB no more mechanic was sent, the driver kept stopping in the middle of no where trying to fix the 1 wiper. I havent taken the bus since my student days But I was disgusted at the lack of respect they have for our people, not to mention complete disregard for peoples lives. I am certain that bus was not road worthy and want to take it up further to have intercape investigated. Anyone with information on how to do that please let me know.
