Horrific Service by Intercape

Horrible Experience!! We were booked for a 9:30pm bus from Pretoria en-route Durban, 29th September. A number of more than 2 buses were booked. It was chaotic. The bus that was supposed to leave at 9:30pm arrived at 9:35m, it became full and left. We were left there at Pretoria Station with no word, apology or anything. The next bus also arrived at 22:30pm..it was a fight again to get on-board as were more than the numbers required for the bus..the bus left at 22:50. More people were left at Pretoria Station again. Remember, all os us were booked forthe bus leaving at 21:30..I would say people must think twice before booking on this bus service.
