Horrible travel experience

On the 30/03/2021 was traveling from Pretoria to Mthatha in the Eastern Cape using Intercape bus. Was supposed to reach Mthatha 7:30 in the morning but I arrived at 11 o'clock . I travelled with 3 busses instead of 1 o'clock and didn't get to my destination with either bus. When we arrived at Johannesburg passengers to Mthatha were moved to another bus. That bus broke and we were asked to board the 2nd bus but it didn't get us to our destination as the bus ran out of Diesel. We waited for over an hour without any updates. Was in a strange place and didn't know where to go until someone suggested we catch a taxi. Called their customer care number and was assisted by a rude consultant who didn't want to listen. People's lives were at risk and Intercape didn't care how we reach our destination. We paid money for service but we got bad service. Had to pay extra to get to my destination and don't even know what happened to other passengers. This is bad.
