Horrible time keeping

This bus service has really dropped the ball. I booked a bus from bloem to Johannesburg for 3:20. And it's 4:15 and we have not left.

Firstly we did not even get communication that the bus will be extremely late to us being called out to the incorrect bus 3 times. I don't understand how your service has dropped. I'm really disgusted by the lack of coordination. I understand you can be a bit late but to be late for over an hour. HOW DO YOU LET IT HAPPEN.

When a person books they book according to their plans and appointments. We only leaving now which is 4:29 an hour later
