Horrible service from Intercape

I had the most horrible experience with Intercape. I had gone to Stellenbosch, to visit my daughter, who had been hospitalised. this had been my first time travelling to the Western Cape, and thus I am not fami**** with the area. I had missed my stop, as it was said that I was supposed to take a shuttle from Paarl. This, which according to the drivers on the bus, was supposed to be communicated to me by the attendant at the counter where I bought the ticket at Park Station. When the bus stopped at Paarl, myself and another passenger, who was heading for Stellenbosch, had not been informed that we needed to get off at Paarl; got up and enquired with the drivers what was happening and they were extremely nonchalant and unhelpful. They had said that we can get off at Paarl and take a taxi or an Uber, as it was not their responsibility to inform us. I am very unhappy with the service from Intercape and their staff members. And will in future use another bus service, to avoid such incidents.
