Horrible service from intercape

Horrible service from intercape. After my husband was initially refused on the bus from Kuruman to Cape Town, even though he had his ticket, only for the bus driver to drop him off on the side of the road after already leaving the stop, and to be told that the ticket booked was from Cape Town to Kuruman. Later on, when communicating with the intercape agents via email, it's because they had changed the wrong ticket when I had requested on date change on the return ticket. So, we were sitting with two tickets going from Cape Town to Kuruman and the 22nd and then again on the 23rd. Ridiculous. Even though I quoted which ticket number I wanted to change and paid the admin fee. This resulted in us having to buy another ticket for the next day, spending even more money, all because of the incompetence of intercape. Never mind be compansated for the disturbance this has caused because my husband literally had to go from the bus straight jnto his course, when I request a refund for one of the tickets for Cape Town to Kuruman, I only get a partial refund. And no acknowledgement of my request to escalate my complaint.

We'll ignore the lady complaint I sent to them because the last bus we were on was infested with ****roaches and all they said was basically "Sorry, we'll fumigate it not that you've mentioned it"
