Horrible service at Intercape

I am very furious. I was sent a parcel from Johannesburg to East London by intercape overnight courier service. On 07/07/2020. I was told it would arrive the next morning, I went and with no explanation I was told it would arrive at 4:30 08/07/20so I left and came back this morning, the parcel is still not there and the lady serving me is very very rude. Will not even let me speak to the manager. Told me to contact the call center, spent over R200 airtime. No response. Their Whatsapp line also very useless. No explanation no remorse. So much for convenience!
