Horrible Service

I am still licking my wounds as i am writing this review. So i was unfortunate to board a bus from intercape bus (East London to Johannesburg route) . it arrived 30 minutes late. then as we were approaching kokstad the bus broke down, the drivers didn't communicate we had to ask what is happening.....such nonsense even taxi drivers do not do. then as if waiting for 3 hours isn't enough, we were given an old bus from Kokstad to Pietermaritzburg and it also broke down! . Now foe their supposed "apology" we were given "Gratitious vouchers" and when we want to claim full value of our tickets you are given the runaround. i am taking them to the small claims court as soon as i am done working. do not use intercape, do not bother you will be dealing with a ****a shop.
