Horrible service

Bus from PMB to JHB was 45 min late no one bothered to inform us as to what is the hold up & I'm with a toddler who at this point is irritable & exhausted. That delay cost me cost an extra R150 for my conecting transport.

On my return date the bus was to leave at 11am, I got there at 11:10 & the bus was still there. I was refused entry buy a rude chubby coloured guy who had no name tag at the time. Even when the driver tried pleading my case he was instructed rudely so to & leave me behind. Chubby one didn't even acknowledge me. I had to find alternative transport to PMB that cost me R620 more. This has been a horrible experience.

Covid restrictions not followed, toilet smell . It is so disappointing that the service has really deteriorated to this point , I cannot even start to express the rudeness of the employees, really feels like you using one of the government facilities.
