Horrible service.

The most worst experience ever, I booked a bus using https://buses.myvodacomtravel.co.za/#/bus

I purchased a bus ticket from Bloemfontein to Johannesburg and when the time arrived I was informed that I purchased a bus that was leaving in the early hours of morning which didn't make any sense at all, I tried speaking to the ladies who stay at reception and dear Lord I have never never met such rude people in my life and worse for whose who help clients, I would never recommend this bus to anyone and I'd rather book a bus that won't treat me less of a paying customer than the way I was treated.

Clients are king and need to be treated with respect, people lose their jobs because of such behavior and I feel that I won't waste my time nor my money trying to book an intercape bus ever again.
