Horrible service

I recently booked a trip with intercape from Pretoria to Durban. We were stuck at Johannesburg park station due to a faulty bus. We waited a whole two hours without much communication from the staff/drivers. This was the second time that an intercape bus has had mechanical failures. Their response time to such events is just horrific with us passengers being stranded for hours on end.
