Horrible service

Booked bus tickets for 9:30 am from Welkom to Veereniging. The service we received from Tina the Welkomconsultant was horrible, i feel she's very ****** . She kept shouting and screaming at black customers only. it's now 10:47 and the bus hasn't arrived yet and its raining no place to put our luggage. I don't think i will ever use this bus again. Am just thinking of getting a refund because they charged us over R400 for just few bags.
