Horrible Service!

My friend and I bought tickets from Bloemfontein to Danielskuil. News came to us that roads are flooded, so we headed to the Tourism Centre in Bloemfontein to make sure if we still leaving or not. The lady that was assisting us told us that we still leaving. A few minutes before we reach Kuruman the driver tells us that the last stop is Kuruman. We arrived in Kuruman around 20:30pm. The drivers refused to take us to Danielskuil, we called the head office's and all they could say was that "there's nothing they can do." What about our safety? We girls. We literally had to walk from where the drivers were sleeping, in the dark to find a garage. They didn't even care. I have proof. I have videos. I have pictures. Voice recordings to the way they were being rude. Worst part they forced us out.
