Horrible ride quality and rude client care service

Firstly the price of the ticket was way too much since the coach was a budget liner, upon entering the bus I noticed that the seating arrangement was way too compacted and when I shared this with the driver his response was "That's why the tickets are cheap, it's a budget liner" and that is where I brought it to his attention that I paid R800 for the ticket that was when he was also surprised and advised that I should raise this with the office. I was way too uncomfortable to have paid R800 for a budget liner ticket. On the trip the bus was delayed by 2 hours and when I addressed this with them they were rude and unprofessional. I did not feel like a customer because there was absolutely no care for the inconvinience imposed on me.
