Horrible Intercape Bus Services

At first getting the tickets was fast and professional. I selected the highest standard of ticket for comfortable seats and Sleepliner comfort. However we waited 2 hours for the bus to arrive on the 23rd of December at Park Station. then we got pushed onto another bus due to no seating availability on our Sleepliner bus. Then the same bus broke down halfway to Cape Town and had absolutly NO WATER for the toilet which was smelling horrible the whole way. I paid for choosing seating but at the end found that my spouse and I had to sit on seperate places as there was no seats next to each other available. On our trip back from Cape Town we used the Mainliner in which we got seperated again and the driver switched off the airconditioning to speed up the engin. We stopped once in Colesburg on route to Johannesburg and begged a rude bus driver to stop as we could not all use the tiolet and been traveling non stop for over 6 hours. will never recommend Intercape to any person and the overall experience was horrible from previous trips. Rather go with Grayhound if you want excellent choice and an amazing trip with guaranteed seating numbers.
