Horrible Inter Cape Cape Town

I had traveled by bus InterCape Cape Town, got luggage stickers, but the security and driver to load the luggage never helped me as senior citizens to load my luggage and friends and family saw after the bus left the luggage, then said to the persons and security that my luggage was left behind, but with no help, how disrespectful this InterCape Cape Town is no help and ask now money for cargo, ridiculous, a not good service at Cape Town InterCape. All other areas say that they in Cape Town InterCape is very much a problem.
