Horrible experience with Intercape bus

The bus from nelspruit to Johannesburg was already 45min late (which is forgivable), for us to drive for 30min and we started seeing smoke coming out from the back of the bus, we had to stop and the driver had to call a mechanic which took him 1hour or more to get here ... when he got here, he told us there’s nothing he can do, they have to tow the bus! The driver **** that they was another bus coming..4hours later we are still waiting in the heat! There’s kids and old people suffering and we feel stranded in a ***** area! Intercape only cares about sales! They don’t care about customers or customer service! This is terrible! We were supposed to leave at 11:15am now it’s 16:25 and we have no idea when Intercape will send “help.”
