HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH INTERCAPE!!

Booked a bus scheduled to departure from Cape Town Station at 17:45 on the 29th of April. Got to CPT station at 17:30 and was told the bus had left (HUH???), rushed to Bellville station with a car and was told the bus is not there (HOW???) and that the bus that was there was scheduled for 17:30 and not 17:45, took another trip to Paarl chasing the bus only to be told that bus was delayed (DELAYED??? HOW???) and the bus that was there was going to Durban and not passing by Bloemfontein. Called Intercape while at Paarl to enquire about the whereabouts of this bus, after holding for over 5 minutes and having been at Paarl for more than 15 minutes I was told the bus is heading towards the tunnel just 3km from Paarl Station which I found appalling because firstly one wasn't late for the bus, secondly even if the bus had left 30min before the scheduled departure time at CPT we should have still found it at the above mentioned stations and lastly it was highly impossible for the bus to be just 3km from paarl station after we have been there for more that 15min. In all this chaos, one was never even offered a discount to board on another bus and to make things worse no one ever checked the ticked to verify if maybe things might have been mixed up between the 17:30 bus and the 17:45 bus. Furthermore, while at paarl there was a bus that waited for some time even though there were no people embarking but somehow my bus was in such a hurry that it left CPT before the scheduled departure time, in such a hurry that we could catchup to the 17:30 bus but not the 17:45 bus. I will never take this bus ever again and I shall advice my friends, family and colleagues never to book this bus ever again! HORRIBLE experience!!!
