Horrible experience

Stay away from this bus service they have should us flames 20.30pm bus has still not arrived after making me agree to this alternative time its now 22.08 and they telling us the bus is delayed by more then 2 hours....this how you treated when the bottom line has parted ways if i was late the bus wouldve left but now the bus is late all they are offering us is cold wayed down sorry....unreliable unsafe experience at the cost of passengers
