Horrible experience

I had a horrible and appalling experience with Intercape.My bus was scheduled to depart at 19:15pm on the 01/04/2024 from King William's Town to Cape town.I received a text that my bus is delaying with 1hr15min.I received another update while I was already at the bus station that the bus is now delaying for 6hrs.Imagine sitting outside for so many hrs waiting for the bus.I called their callcentre several times and the agents were so rude .I spoke to this particular advisor and her name is Amanda.She was very rude and instead of emphathising with me she laughed and she kept on interrupting me.The last time I made a call was 11:47pm and I decided not to call again as I was just waisting my airtime. The bus only arrived at 3am on the 02/02/2024 and the drivers did not even apologize to them it was jsut BAU.I dnt think I will ever use this bus again
