horrible experience

There is cold air coming from the lower part bag compartment which is open due to no maintenance , at the front of the upper level of the bus we sitting in the 2 left front seats. It so cold that my wife can't sleep. We asked for the heater to be switched on or for the aircon to be switched nothing was done. Now imagine travel from bloemfontein to Cape Town at night an it's horrible trying to relax in such cold temperatures. This is the last time I will pay so much money on a useless bus line such as this. I spent R2450 including return tickets
