Horrible Disgusting Service!!!

This is the worst service ever coming from such a well renowned company. Intercape standard dropped significantly. How can you notify us on the departure time that you are running an hour late??? THEN ONTOP OF THAT YOU CHANGE OUT BUS TO A BUDGET LINER INSTEAD OF MAINLINER!!!! This is the worst service I have ever experienced!!!! Pathetic!!!
