Horrible communication and time management

I booked a bus from Mthatha to Pretoria yesterday the 23rd of September 2022 and it was supposed to depart at 18:50 but it was late and their offices were closed that time it’s drizzling outside. We were meant to arrive in Pretoria at 9:25am and as I am writing this review it’s 10:52am and I’m still in the bus we haven’t arrived!!! 16hrs later!!!😩
