Horrible bus experience

Booked bus for my aunt, from Vanderbijpark to Queenstown bus was supposed to arrive at 19:35. Bus arrived at 22:00, she had to sit in a problem chair for over 10hours.

No communication was sent out about the bus being late nothing. No apology nothing. Very disappointed
