Horrible!!!

I am highly dissatisfied and disappointed in the experience I had on my bus trip with intercape both times I spent R2500 on 2 tickets with a return and it was horibble the toilets were dirty and smelt horibble the bus trip there we had people next to us drinking alcohol and drunk coming over our seats shouting and spittinf on us the whole way there they were vommiting in the toilets! It was absolutely horibble! Then our return trip we were only aloud to get off the bus once for some fresh air toilets stank seats were broken and the bus driver drove horibbly he stopped along side the road giving random people lifts which ended up making our trip 2 hours late! I am really dissatisfied u have used intercape for every trip and this was just a disgusting experience the heaters were full blast could hardly breathe and we weren't even allowed to get off the bus when we stopped to get some air!
