<p>What a God awful experience . A bus meant to leave at 10 fails to start and everyone waits for a good 3 hrs to hear from the intercape people. I am utterly disappointed considering the R700 price tag they put on a ticket from Joburg to Durban. For this kind of service? I am beyond disappointed. No communication, no prompt response. Just terrible!!! </p>
