Highly disappointed

I’m highly disappointed with the service received from intercape. First the bus toilet was filthy and couldn’t even flush. When the bus made a stop at Riviersonderend we went out because we wanted to use the restroom, I was with my two girls. The was a long line at the restroom and I had to assist them in using the restroom . When we came out the bus had already left us and we had to wait for another bus for close to 2 hours. The bus was travelling from Durban to Cape Town via PE bus number 733..
