Hello my name is Lumka mnika I have a problem with intercape bus for the second time now. I booked the bus from Cape Town to Matatiele today and it broke down and this is not the first time experience this. Two weeks back I experienced the same thing travelling to Cape Town from matatiele and they never even apologise for the inconvenience caused to passengers. All the say is that the mechanics are on their way but we get to our destinations very late. Intercape is giving us old buses on our routes that get stuck and I have proof of the buses being stuck. They don’t even communicate with the passengers and worse when we reach out nothing is done. We are very tired of the treatment we getting as passengers and we spend our hard earned money for this company to treat us like dirt.
