I would like to lodge a formal complaint regarding the traumatic experience on the above mentioned Bus trip. First and foremost I would like to express my outrage dissatisfaction and disappointment with having got to travel on a bus with bed bugs which laterally compromised my health and not only that but also travelling on a bus that was leaking diesel which put my life and the rest of the passengers lives at risk.

I have been using Intercape for long distances and never ever have I ever experienced such trauma and discomfort.

This very same bus was changed in Bloemfontein however it doesn’t make up for this lack of consideration and level of care.
