Health hazard, customer care at an all time low, not worth paying for..

Boarded the 22h00 bus from Durban to Pretoria, number plate "KB58CX", terrifying driving, rude driver, the toilet stench filled the bus, TV not working & the worst was the aircon on full blast all night at 1°C, i kid you not. Granted working with people can be frustrating, but there is absolutely no reason to address people as though they are your peasants & youre doing them a favour.

The driver kept thrusting everybody forward by coming to sudden stops on the freeway, bear in mind some people have anxiety issues, heart & blood pressure problems, then there was his rudeness, ontop of everything iv already mentioned.

I have been using Intercape for national travels for the past 22years and the drastic decline in service, professionalism of staff & maintenance of fleet is apalling to say the very least.
