HEALTH HAZARD

I was on the bus too, from Cape Town to Johannesburg 25/02/2018 to 26/02/2018. Because the wheel fell of the baggage trailer, the bus was running one and half hours late. So the driver decided not stop for any toilet breaks from 9:00pm to 6:30am when it arrived at it's destination. Consequently the toilets were disgusting and hygienic, with **** all over it and the floor. You could not sit down on it and it stank throughout the back end of the bus. So much so that people couldn't sleep for the stench of ammonia and urine emanating from that end of the bus. It was so pervasive that it caught in the back of your throat. Also there was no flush, no soap or even running water, no bin or toilet tissue. It was totally unfit for purpose and poses a health hazard. I would not be surprise if many of the passengers become ill after this journey from not even having the most basic hygiene facilities Then to top it all the lock on the toilet door was broken and a man walked in on my daughter when she was in the toilet. Would definitely not be using this company again and would ADVISE EVERYONE ELSE, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE TRAVELING WITH CHILDREN AGAINST USING THIS COMPANY FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR HEALTH!
