Harsh cancellation policy

Bad experience when cancelling booked trip within cancellation period. Paid R790 for the return trip and forfeited R590 … they do not live up to the consumer act nor their cancellation policies !! These tickets could have been sold or book to another commuter. Please improve your policies, adhere to your policies as it is against public policy and consumer act policy
