Harassment of passengers and Ill treatment

So a friend of mine used your services to take a bus from JHB to Cape Town. Not even an hour into her journey and I received these messages: Two plain clothed cops got on bus in jhb and singled me out. They searched my bag then took me off the bus and broke open my case without my permission. I asked the bus driver to give me My case and he said no. So my friend called the police who stopped the bus and they then tried to kick me off the bus. They refuse to give me access to my belongings. The drivers and some guy with them have absolutely no idea of how to speak to people. Customer service manager Janelle told me I could have my bag then changed her mind because the guy said it wouldn't fit and it can as I have plenty space and no one next to me. I have called an attorney, Midrand reporter and emailed them saying we want cctv footage of the cops breaking my bag. There is a picture of the guy who refused to give her bag back, that is now damaged and open so at risk of her belongings being ******, and who ignored the police. The number plate of the bus is also here. Surely this is no way to treat a paying customer and by no means any way to treat a human being. She has done nothing wrong.
