Gun Scare by the driver

Good day Sir / Madam

My name is Siyabulela Magidigidi,last week I booked a ticket for the 30 November 2024 from Kokstad to Cape Town( 11:30 am to 10;05 am ticket number: ***ZY255) with the hope that I will travel safe and get home on time ,little did I know that the driver will refuse to let me in the bus . Let me narrate the story ,the driver drove pass the pick up point and went to the garage and that's when me and other passengers asked why he is not stoping to the pick up point and he become aggressive asking if I have a problem,I then said yes because we are waiting for you where you are supposed to be and he said I won't get to into the bus then I tried to force my way and he aggressively pushed me,when I tried to fight back he throw my phone and my sunglasses away and i tried to defend my self and that's when he took out a gun and pointed to me and he told me that he will kill me and drove away . I tried to call the help desk however I was not helped the only thing they did was to lodge a complaint which I have not receive any feedback

I tried to reach for my phone and my sunglasses but I could not find them ,I had make other means to get to Cape town . Kindly find an attachment for my ticket that was never used because of one your drivers that left me stranded in Kokstad. I will appreciate your feedback and I want you to acknowledge the fact that I lost my belongings and I had use money to travel to Cape town as I was supposed to report at work on Sunday afternoon.kindly get back to me on my cell phone number ***)
