Gross negligence

My son took the bus from CT and asked whether he stops in Riversdale. Busdriver confirmed. Got delayed with breakdown and would arrive 12:45. Originally 22:50. Busdriver drove past Rdale and stopped at Hartenbosch and said "Sorry" . We had 2 Hours sleep , drove through mist, nearly hitting a slow truck, and had to go together to keep awake. I asked for a full refund of one way ticket plus our petrol. 2,5 Hours drive and only got a 50%Voucher which we tried to redeem yesterday. Unsuccessfully. They said the driver was called in for disciplinary hearing and "Sorry".
