Grieving pregnant woman

I had the worst experience ever with this company today I went to cape town bus terminal where you get you buses to go to pe etc I get there stand in a line to come to the front where they way your bag telling me I must go to the office around the corner I'm pregnant an I cannot get on I go to the office angry and in rage because the bus will be leaving in the next 30/mins come there to front line staff not smiling and not talking I ask for help because I'm in a rush because the bus is going to leave an im needing to take this bus because its my mother in-laws funeral with that being said they tell me they can't let me on the bus I must read the terms an conditions where what terms an conditions no one made me wise of this if I new o would have done it the way I was suppose to never the less I'm shouting for help the to females there don't answer they packing up ready to go never mind the lady throwing my ticket on the floor with a witness an cameras there I ask for a refund because they not allowing me on the bus they tell me know where I already struggled getting the bus ticket money I'm so angry I am disgusted no I'm home I must call the contact centre I'm an so disgusted and upset given the circumstances intercape needs to give me a call because I want compensation an my ticketed refund this is a mockery of how bad those two females treated a grieving pregnant woman
