Great disappointment at intercape.

I booked a bus for the 27th of April 2023. From Capetown to durban via Queenstown. The bus was supposed to pick me up from Queenstown at 7:40 and I entered the bus at 11:30 bus I didn't book (budgetline). Went to Mthatha changed busses again. Now at this hour 22:04 m stuck at Harding the bus is broken down on the road.
