Great customer service

I want to thank Intercape Capetown for great customer care service. On the 31July I mistakenly passed drop off zone in Mossel Bay where I was supposed to connect with another Intercape bus to Pretoria that same day. The Intercape driver, a guy (from InterCape Capetown office, never caught his name) and Call Centre treated me with the great customer -care and helped me to change my ticket effeciently from Mossel Bay station to George Station at a later time because I could not make it back to catch bus to Pretoria in Mossel Bay on time. Keep up the great work Intercape.
