Got lost twice. Overloaded. Hours late.

Ive been driving with Intercape for years, but had THE WORST experience ever!!!

Took bus 701 from Midrand to Welkom. After Vaderbijlpqrk driver got lost made 2 u-turns and went back to Vereniging to pick up people.

The bus was overloaded, people had to stand in front.

I had no idea what was going on because not once the drivers spoke English. He just mention mtata alot and i had to ask passengers what was going on.

Got to Welkom and the driver got lost again. Made 2 u-turns and had to phone for directions.

Never again will i take the chance, i will rather book Eldo couches next time.

Bus was more than 2 hours late!!
