Good service from Intercape

Travelled from Jo'burg to Bloemfontein using Intercape bus. Comfortable and smooth journey. As a senior citizen they were quite happy to accommodate my walking aid. Staff were friendly and helpful. The call back service doesn't work, they do not reply to emails and I could not get a senior's discount. Sad that poor admin should spoil an otherwise good service.
